Use of the finnish nature

In Finland, the biggest part of the economy is coming from the forest- and forest-related products. We use wood to make cellulite and paper. We use wood also in furniture and make houses from it. Also burning wood is one of the most common ways to make energy.

Other forest ralated products are for example berries and mushrooms. We eat a lot of them, but the sad thing is that we never pick up all the berries and because of that we have to hire people from other catries to pick them up. In Finlnad we have also a law called ''Every man's rights''. That means that we can walk in every forest that we want, even if someone owns them. We also can make a camp in the forest and pick everything edible from there. Simply it means that we can use the forest for our needs, but of course we have to take good care of it and we can't destroy it.
