In September , the Southeast Asian materials community met in Singapore for the second edition of Stainless Steel World Asia conference & expo . Attracting exhibitors , visitors and speakers from across the region and further afield , the event was a great success and laid the groundwork for further growth in 2026 .

Singapore Expo was a pivotal meeting point for the Southeast Asian materials community when Stainless Steel World Asia opened its doors on September 11 & 12 . The exhibition floor was a hive of activity as companies from around the world welcomed visitors to this dedicated event with a specific focus on stainless steel and other corrosion-resistant alloys .

The technical conference was well-attended , with an audience keen to learn more about the specification and use of stainless steel , market trends and emerging opportunities in the region .
Post-event statistics
Figures released after the events demonstrate the wide reach of Stainless Steel World Asia , with visitors and delegates representing more than 13 key industries . Key products of interest to visitors extended beyond stainless steel to include titanium , nickel alloys and duplexes , while interest in product forms was fairly equally divided between machining / cutting , welding , cladding and additive manufacturing .
