3. Pick an upbeat song to listen to every morning when you’re in the shower and challenge yourself to finish your shower before the song ends.
4. Pack your lunch in reusable containers only. No plastic bags.
5. If you do use plastic, re-use it!
6.Make your coffee or tea at home and pack it in a travel mug.
7. Compost, compost, compost!
8. Have Meatless Mondays. As an alternative, limit yourself to 1-2 meat-based meals a week.
