Stilwell is going green . Well , at least nine holes of it .
A golf course is joining the lineup of activities at Edna Mae Carson Park and Sports Complex . A golf course has been the dream of many for the past few decades . Mayor Jean Ann Wright sees the golf course as another opportunity to invest in the town , county , and its citizens , especially youth .

She said area students can compete for college golf scholarships .
