Sky Watie wasn ’ t the only disappointed shopper to come after The Rollin ’ Pin had sold out of cinnamon rolls .
“ She sold out , you have to get here at 9 when it opens . My sister bought local honey ,” said Watie , from Stilwell .
Currently shopping candles and soaps , Watie was now faced with the tough decision of choosing a candle . “ They smell so good ,” said Watie . Sister Shayna Acuna showed her jar of honey . “ I ’ m glad the farmers ’ market moved here ,” said Acuna .
Reece Bradford , 6 , was admiring small pots of flowers that were about eye level . She chose one in an elephant pot . She was shopping with grandparents Connie and Mark Bradford , who live beside Mid County and can walk over .
“ There are local people getting together with their wares . It ’ s good for the merchants , and the money comes right back to the community . And you know it ’ s fresh and grown here ,” he said .
