Holiday Snowball Cookies Recipe by Liza Huber of Sage Spoonfulstm This recipe has been in my family forever and my mom makes these cookies for us every year at Christmas. Baking these Snowball Cookies with her every year is something I always look forward to and I can’t wait to start making them with my daughter Hayden. *Please note that these snowball cookies are loaded with pecans, please omit the nuts if there is a food allergy. Ingredients • • • • 2 cups unbleached all-purpose flour 2 cups ground pecans ¾ teaspoon salt 2 sticks of unsalted butter – softened • ½ cup of granulated sugar • 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract • 1 cup powdered sugar for rolling the cookies Directions 1.
