Green Pepper
Zucchini
Cashews
Vinaigrette
Olive Oil
1. Cook pasta al dente. Drain and toss
with vinaigrette and olive oil - to
taste.
2. Dice all veggies and then toss all
ingredients until well mixed.
3. Save in an airtight container for
easy lunches.
