Ranch at 520 acres, are examples of growth where
the Chamber has been working with the local com-
munity to prepare. Budgeting for items like road
maintenance, safety, water, all need to be addressed
and be a part of the actions moving forward. Assess-
ing what businesses could operate in these locations
that could generate tax dollars for the local govern-
ment to further fund these new expenditures. There
is no other organization whos has the responsibility
to lead, support and inspire these activities. When
businesses invest in the Chamber, they are investing
in their community and all functions like these.
Additional projects will include the Civic Center
Commons, Christensen Overpass, the Archer Com-
plex, and the completion of the new Airport Terminal.
Mayor Orr even specified at one time there will be
