when they were in grade school through

oaring through the sky on Cheyenne
Day during Cheyenne Frontier Days
was once again, the Thunderbirds. The
community missed their soaring tricks
and many community members had the
opportunity to speak to the pilots. Major
Darrick Lee, one of the Thunderbirds

number upside down on his uniform
representing how Thunderbirds often are

eptember 6th was a MAC Tailgate
BBQ celebration. During the UW vs.
Air Force football game, MAC members,
Chamber Members along with Col Hayes
and other distinguished military leaders
enjoyed great food over laughter and
excitement for the game to commence.
Gen. Reiner lead the game with the coin

who made this event such a huge success,
First Interstate Bank, Bicycle Station,
Groathouse Construction.
enator Mike Enzi provided great insight
on what is taking place in Washington
D.C. and what are major concerns at the
September Luncheon sponsored by Visit
Cheyenne. “Cheyenne’s biggest concern
is sustaining a strong military presence
because F.E. Warren is continually
threatened because of budget cuts. The
State of Wyoming’s biggest concern is the
Energy War and our Nation’s is our debt.”
expressed Senator Enzi.
aken back into time, the Business After
Hours was hosted at the WIGWAM
2 Lounge in the Historic Plains Hotel.
This newly rennovated lounge used to be
a highlight of the hotel back in the day.
When walking through you will see the
orginal doors of the WIGWAM and be taken
back into the old western times. Samuel
Weinstein from Western Vista Federal
Credit Union mingled around and everyone
enjoyed the live country music at the event.
