Business Council works to find solutions to these
areas. Working with businesses that are already
in existence, Chamber Business Council assists
with the economic gardening aspect, particularly
for businesses our community has a desire for. The
Chamber Business Council starts that discussion
with these businesses to see what the criterion is
for them to open shop in Cheyenne. Recognizing
problem areas and working towards stimulating more
economic growth, Chamber Business Council makes
strides towards improving our community, our home,
every day.

We are fortunate to call Cheyenne our home. We are made up
of a diverse group of individuals from all walks of life. Despite our
differences, we are all united because we all value our home,
our community and want it to continue to improve for future
generations.
“The mission of the Chamber Business
Council is to support Cheyenne’s economic
prosperity and a lifestyle attractive to the
changing demographics of our community,”
share John Privette, Chamber Business
Council Chairman.
The Chamber Business Council works to enhance the

Development & Growth
In addition to the continuous work on economic
growth in the Cheyenne community, Chamber
Business Council also believes that there needs to
be a focus on businesses; the owners, managers
and even the employees. Providing opportunities for
training with interactive workshops during Business
Week, which is hosted by Chamber Business
Council and the Greater Cheyenne Chamber of
Commerce, these individuals have the opportunity to not only
grow as a business or a business leader, a manager or an
employee, but gives the opportunity to grow as an important
key component to the future of our community. The Chamber
Business Council also hosts the annual Business to Business
Expo Event (Schmooza Palooza) and the Circle of Champions
where business leaders who have made a significant impact to
our community are recognized.
It is true that the Chamber
Business Council’s work is never
done, but working together their
efforts continue to improve our
community, our home.
