The Chamber Business Council starts that discussion with these businesses to see what the criterion is for them to open shop in Cheyenne. Recognizing problem areas and working towards stimulating more economic growth, Chamber Business Council makes strides towards improving our community, our home, every day. The Chamber Business Council works to enhance the community on many different levels, which enhances the quality of our community and our home. Throughout the year, Chamber Business Council meets to work on an array of issues. For instance, the Chamber Business Council has split the Cheyenne area into area quadrants. After identifying areas in need of specific businesses or infrastructure improvements, Chamber PG 42 l Development & Growth In addition to the continuous work on economic growth in the Cheyenne community, Chamber Business Council also believes that there needs to be a focus on businesses; the owners, managers and even the employees. Providing opportunities for training with interactive workshops during Business Week, which is hosted by Chamber Business Council and the Greater Cheyenne Chamber of Commerce, these individuals have the opportunity to not only grow as a business or a business leader, a manager or an employee, but gives the opportunity to grow as an important key component to the future of our community. The Chamber Business Council also hosts the annual Business to Business Expo Event (Schmooza Palooza) and the Circle of Champions where business leaders who have made a significant impact to our community are recognized.
