Energy has been delivering electricity
to homes, businesses, farms and
ranches throughout parts of Wyoming,
Nebraska and Colorado. Based in Pine
Bluffs, Wyo., High West Energy is a not-forprofit cooperative, owned by its nearly 7,000
members.
It was out of a “concern for community” that
High West Energy formed High West Digital
Solutions. In late 2011, the board of directors
for High West Communications—a company
formed in 1995 to operate and manage a
