willing to step up and support efforts to make our social, business
and political systems better?

The question is, are you the “Who”
that stands by when bad decisions
get made in government? Are you the

Horton and the Whos ended up
making a great team. Horton was literally the

elephant in the room with enough size, strength, and commitment
to lead the effort, but he could not succeed alone. Horton needed
the Whos, every single one of them, fully engaged and dedicated
to reach the goal. It is no different for Cheyenne. Your Chamber is
an organization built to have the size, strength, and commitment to

“Who” that doesn’t engage in the discussion of improved education

like childhood poverty and downtown homelessness. Yes, we
need all of us if we are going to achieve the levels of success that
Cheyenne is capable of achieving.
