1 can Pumpkin 1 ½ Tbsp Flour 1 ½ cup Sour Cream ¾ tsp Lemon Peel , grated 2 Tbsp Sugar ¾ tsp Orange Peel , grated ½ tsp Vanilla Cool Whip GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST : Mix graham cracker crumbs with butter ; Mix well ; Press bottom and sides of 9 inch pie pan . Refrigerate . FILLING : Beat cream cheese , ¾ cup sugar , flour , both peels , ¼ tsp vanilla , eggs , egg yolks , and pumpkin until smooth . Pour into pie crust . Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until the center of the pie is firm . Let the pie cool completely ( approx . 1 hour ). SOUR CREAM TOPPING : Combine sour cream with sugar and vanilla ; Mix well ; Fold in Cool Whip . When pie is completely cooled , spread topping evenly over pie ; Refrigerate overnight .
Homemade Pumpkin Spice Latte
Makes 2-3 cups

2 Tbsp Pumpkin Puree 1 ½ Tbsp Cane Sugar ½ tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice plus more for serving 1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract 2 cups milk-warmed ½ cup strong Coffee or Espresso Whipped Cream for serving
Using a high speed blender add all the ingredients except for the coffee : pumpkin purée , pumpkin pie spice , cane sugar , vanilla extract and milk . Blend until smooth and consistent . Then pour the hot coffee into the blender and blend again until it ’ s all mixed together – about 2 minutes all together . Pour the latte into 2-3 cups and garnish with whipped cream and pumpkin spice , if desired . STORAGE : Store any leftovers in an airtight mason jar . It will last about 24-48 hours in the fridge . SUBSTITUTES : For best results , follow the recipe as is . However you can use any kind of milk you ’ d like . You can also substitute pumpkin pie filling for the pumpkin puree and the pumpkin spice .
