Anding Real Estate began in Athens as Century 21 Anding Real Estate after Anding-Staines acquired the remaining franchise years left to the Estate of Vivian Tumlinson . This opportunity came after she had been living in Mt . Pleasant for 35 years as a Century 21 Franchise owner and she says she was excited to return to the area of her roots .
When the franchise came up for renewal , Anding-Staines decided to continue the business as independently owned and operated Anding Real Estate . She has been listing and selling property for 26 years after obtaining a Texas Real Estate Commission Realtor License in 1996 and a Brokers License in 2001 .
She said that she ’ s seen a lot of things in the real estate cycle history from interest rate extreme fluctuations , the creation of shopping online for property , the importance of home inspections , the significance of technology in researching history of ownership , the use of GPS for surveys , and the financing opportunities for buyers .
This knowledge and experience is why customers continue to choose Anding-Staines as well as her reputation for adhering to the “ Canons of Ethics ” such as confidentiality , integrity , ethics , honesty , and placing the needs of her clients above all else .
