Family Day fun and sport
Plenty to see, enjoy and admire during a great day for our families
A Friday night deluge very nearly led to Family
Day 2017 (16 September) becoming a non-event;
but Grounds and Maintenance staff mopped
things up efficiently, fine weather eventually
prevailed, and the day was as usual a great
success.
There was plenty to see in the parent auxiliary athletics events proceeded as enthusiastically
as ever. Morrison won the sports with 1089
points, from Lawson (1061), Davidson (973), Field
(900), Gilray (875), Forbes (845), Monash (818),
Eggleston (755), Selby Smith (749), Littlejohn
(747), Bond (692) and Fleming (631).
In the form events, 7TH took out the Year 7 Lachlan Bangs (Year 12) won the Scotch Flyer,
from Stephen Liu (Year 12) and Thomas Marsden
(Year 12).
