a standard of education that is the envy of others , as well as displaying a genuine compassion for our wellbeing . Thank you .
Yet I would like to reserve my deepest praise for my fellow members of Year 12 . All of you , in some way , have contributed to making the past six years full of pleasurable experiences and long-lasting memories . All of you , in the extreme diversity present in the Class of 2021 , have impacted the path that each of us have taken . While the interesting moments I ’ ve had in School House , the times I ’ ve spent in the 2nd XI cricket team or in Pipes and Drums may only be shared by a handful of others , I know that all of us have our own unique tales and memories to reflect on . For these invaluable experiences , I would like to thank all of you – the Class of 2021 – for gifting each other visions of boyhood to be recalled long after we leave 1 Morrison Street .
So , as each of you soon crosses the stage , passing a torch to one of your peers , for our final time in Memorial Hall , remember this moment . Our paths will soon diverge , as each of us charts our own course beyond Scotch . Despite this , as we move into different degrees , professions , countries and continents , remember our shared bonds and ties as Scotch Collegians . While we may no longer don the cardinal , gold and blue , we remain united in our cherished memories – memories that I have been blessed to share with you all . Next time we gather as a year level , I hope to see you all there and happily recall these glorious days at Scotch . All the very best in your exams and future thereafter .
