FAREWELL PATTY WALLACE-SMITH

After a seven-year period working in the Development Office , Patty Wallace-Smith retired at the end of 2020 . Patty made a significant contribution to the achievements of the Development Office , communicating with donors and prospective donors with friendly voice . She was instrumental in the success of the capital campaign for the Sir Zelman Cowen Centre for Science , during which , in a professional and empathetic way , she encouraged members of our Junior School community to support the project .
Patty wrote countless cards of thanks and support to members of our community , and assisted with many of the office ’ s printed and online communications .
We wish Patty all the best in retirement , to enjoy happy times with Andrew (’ 72 ), children and grandchildren , and we look forward to seeing the Wallace-Smiths at Scotch events in the not too distant future .
