Thanks go to Principal Tom Batty for his continued support of the Boat Club , and to the academic staff for the pastoral care and academic assistance provided to student rowers . In addition , the Boat Club acknowledges the vital input of all parents who have worked to help their sons improve and compete . The Boat Club could not function without the work of the staff involved , including the many coaches , and the boatmen . The support of the Cardinal Club , led by Peter Findlay (’ 89 ), is also greatly appreciated . TOM WOODRUFF – 1ST VIII COACH AND DIRECTOR OF ROWING
