MUSEUM NEAR COMPLETION
prevented collections being moved into the buildings . The Ramsay Collection was able to be moved in on 29 and 30 September , and on 1 October 2020 the Archives and Museum collections began to be moved in . I thank Vikki O ’ Neill and Rebecca Mortimer for their work in helping with these moves , particularly without the Archives ’ volunteers , whom COVID-19 restrictions prevented from assisting . Once everything is unpacked , work will begin on designing timelines and the Museum display that will combine to tell Scotch ’ s story . It is currently hoped that the complex will be officially opened on 25 March 2021 .
I am especially thankful to the donors who raised more than the target figure , and who – by doing so – showed the importance of Scotch ’ s history to the Scotch Family .
