There are some tricky holes with bunkers
coming into play just to keep you on your toes.
The back nine has those spectacular views of the
Rif mountains and also some testing but fair holes.
The location is great and you really do have the
feeling of having the course almost to yourself. At
present, this is a hidden gem, but it will not be
long before the fairways fill up so make that trip
soon.

All in all, this is the perfect destination if you’re
looking to escape the dreary winter months of
Britain. So start packing!

OTHER THINGS TO DO. When you tire of golf, or
if there are people in your party who do not play,
then there are plenty of other things to do and see,
such as water sports, scuba diving or trekking in
the Rif Mountains. A trip into the magical city of
Tangier is also a must, as is a visit to the UNESCO
site of Tetouan.

Boat: The ferry runs from Spain every two hours. Once you
