Jorge Barahona Chanis studied engineering and marketing expertise in Spain and France . Five years ago began his project GOOD TOOTH with the slogan “ Celebrate food and its protagonists ” and three years ago became the author of the first culinary awards of Panama , The Good Fork . He represented Panama in international competition LG Home Chef Championship in South Africa and won the fourth place finalist . He is a culinary columnist in several magazines with more than 100 articles written . Organizer of the gastronomic and musical festival , MENU Panama , which receives more than 1,500 people annually and where street food is celebrate by joining the best chefs with popular chefs . Coming soon is La Mesa , a gastronomic workshop where for the first time Panamanian gastronomy will be documented and experimented with popular national and international chefs .
