Instructions

Heat the oven to 425 degrees. Place the butternut squash on a cookie sheet, drizzle with olive oil, salt, pepper and nutmeg. Roast for about 20-25 minutes until soft.

After roasting, take the hot butternut squash and puree until smooth. You may need to add a splash or water to get it going.

Roll out the pizza ball into a round shape, or shape it into a small cookie sheet. Take 1/4 cup of the butternut squash puree and spread it on the dough as the sauce. Then, add the slices of proscuitto and zucchini. Shave desired amount of gouda cheese and sprinkle red chili flakes.

Bake in the oven for about 12-15 minutes tunil the crust in golden brown. Drizzle with olive oil and serve.

Ingredients

1 pound uncooked store bought fresh pizza dough

1 cup cubed butternut squash

1 tablespoon olive oil

1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

Fresh cracked pepper

1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

6-8 slices Proscuitto

6-8 round slices of zucchini

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
