Eating kamayan-style not only is very social, but you can stuff yourself silly with no judgement. Plusm, no one’s hands are clean enough where they get stuck on their phones all night. That’s always a good thing. New friends are always made during a kamayan. What we need to remember is that this method of eating was in existence long before any trend happened. It’s part of the Filipino culture. Ube is the new BAE in the dessert world. Okay, we hate that word, but it sounded nifty. When you are a FIlipino child, purple didn’t mean grape, it meant ube.
