As chef and partner of Maddy’s Dumpling House in Chicago, IL, Chef Camba
is a rising star in Chicago’s thriving, world-class culinary scene. Shortly after
graduating from Loyola University in Chicago with a degree in Biology, she fell in
love with cooking when she was randomly asked to stage in a kitchen. Not very
much later, she was offered her first kitchen job. After many accolades, a Top Chef
