SALMON CAKES WITH GREEN
BEANS IN LEMON OLIVE OIL
1- 14.5oz cans of Alaskan Salmon
1/2 cup of small diced red bell pepper
1/4 cup diced scallions
1 cup of panko breadcrumbs
3 egg yolks
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
Olive Oil
Green Beans
1 lb. of fresh green beans
1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
1 shallot ܈K
