• Breathe . Even if you don ’ t have ‘ minimum stay ’ requirements , leave yourself at least a day or two to shake off any jet-lag , and enjoy final prep like manicures and massages .
• Meet your team and check out the event space . If possible , do a run-through of the ceremony .
• Distribute welcome bags .
• Stay sun-safe , especially in a tropical location . Sunburn is never a good look , but especially in your wedding photos .
