From its ostentatious architecture and dramatic history to healing
thermal water and hippy nightlife Budapest has something for everyone.
Not everything you see in Budapest is natural, the city is an architectural
brilliance most of it was built in late 19th century. Walking around the
city you will be able to witness bullet holes and shrapnel pockmarks on
the buildings from 1956 uprising and WWII.
Hungary’s food style remains one of the most sophisticated style of
cooking in Central and Eastern Europe. They believe that there are three
essential world cuisines - Chinese, French and their own. Budapest is
a treat for wine lovers. You can choose from Eger’s complex red wine,
Solmo’s flinty white to honey sweet Tojak.
There is an abundance of hot springs from which you can choose an
array of bathhouses from Turkish-era to modern establishments. Some
people come here for cure and some for fun and relaxation.
