A VENUE LIKE NO OTHER
CONCEPT FAIR is held in a new 7,500 square meters circular waterfront pavilion in downtown Bayfront Park, the center of Miami’ s burgeoning arts & entertainment district. The $ 3M circular, air conditioned, carpeted and column-free facility was first used February 2014 for the inaugural Miami Art + Design fair.

Designed by Isamu Noguchi, the Bayfront Park Arts is adjacent to the newly inaugurated Perez Miami Art Museum, upcoming Frost Museum, the Arsht Performing Center, the American Airlines Arena, and the Ziff Ballet and Opera House. Nearby luxury hotels include the Four Seasons, Mandarin, Viceroy, Epic, Marriott Marquis, and Conrad. Many of the city’ s most innovative restaurants including Zuma, Il Gabbiano, Daniel Boulud, Wolfgang’ s and Cipriani are within walking distance of the fair.
Recognizing Miami’ s late night Latin orientation, the fair will remain open each evening until 10 PM making possible evening fair visits as collectors return to their downtown hotels each evening.
