New Clacks Academy Courses
Over the past couple of months staff have been
asked what they would like to see on the Clacks
Academy ELearning site.
Overwhelmingly, staff voted in favour of two
main areas - accessing Microsoft Excel learning
packages, and more learning opportunities to do
with improving customer service.
Responding to the feedback, there is now a new
suite of ELearning packages on Microsoft Excel,
both at beginner level (great for those with
no experience, or looking for a refresh) and at
intermediate level.
To add to that, a suite of new customer service
related MicroLearn ELearning packages have
been launched. Taking less than 10 minutes
to complete, each of the MicroLearn courses
covers a core customer service topic; from
telephone and email etiquette, to effective
writing and presentation.
All the courses launched this month are tablet
and mobile compatible, meaning that you can
work your learning and development around
your own schedule – at work, or at home.
