2013 C ABERNET S AUVIGNON 2012 M ERLOT
This wine is rich and dark in color. The aromas
and flavors have many layers including plum,
cedar, black pepper, and vanilla. Soft silky
tannins provide a lingering finish. This wine has a dark garnet color.
Aromas include cherry, blackberry and spice,
with flavors of plum and berry. Tannins and
fruit marry well for a soft finish.

2012 C HARDONNAY 2014 S AUVIGNON B LANC
This light straw-colored wine has aromas of
pear, butterscotch, and vanilla. Flavors include
apple and melon. The finish is soft and lingering. This Sauvignon Blanc has notes of melon,
citrus, apple and lemongrass with a lingering
soft finish. Pairs well with apples and pears.

This is a dark, garnet-colored wine, with aromas
of violet and rose petal, and a hint of vanilla.
Raspberry, plum, and cherry flavors lead to a velvety
finish. As a multifaceted wine, it is excellent alone or
with Brie, lamb shanks, roast duck, or grilled salmon. This wine has aromas of blackberry, spice and
vanilla, with flavors of raspberry, mocha, and coffee.
Pairs with a variety of foods inclulding lamb,
pork chops, duck, and pasta in red sauce.
