EMERGENCY SOLUTIONS GRANT

The Emergency Solutions Grant ( ESG ) provides funding for homeless shelter operations , essential services for homeless persons , and rapid rehousing of homeless families . Activities and projects must meet HUD eligibility and regulatory requirements , as well as address needs identified by the community , and are outlined in the City ’ s 5-year Consolidated Plan and Annual Action Plan .
