• 3 cups hot milk
Combine the milk and sugar

Pour 1½ tbsp of rose syrup in
a tall glass, add the 1½ tbsp
of falooda seeds, ¼ cup
seeds (subza)
falooda sev and ¼ cup of jelly
• 1 cup soaked falooda sev
cubes over it.
• 1 cup strawberry

Pour ¾ cup of the chilled
sweetened milk over it and
flavoured jelly cubes
top with a scoop of vanilla
• 4 scoops vanilla ice-cream
ice-cream.

Repeat steps 3 and 4 to make
3 more glasses.
