Through this Project, students found an opportunity to use English and practice language skills by communicating with their friends. Because the project is directly about real life, there appeared an opportunity for students to learn about different cultures and life stlyes. Esspecially an improvement in students' research skills was aimed. We started the Project in 1st week of March and ended in the 2nd week of May. Participation of 4 countries from different parts of Europe was expected to increase the variety. When the Project started, every country started their research and weekly meetings was held through TwinSpace. Teachers were responsible to coordinate and guide students to make them reach necessary information. In weekly meetings, students shared their findings with their friends abroad such as pictures they had taken or found descriptions they had written or memories they had had about the occupations they had mentioned. As a result of the studies within the scope of the Project, this magazine was prepared via Web 2.0 tools. An interaction was established between these students with the help of Twinspace. Most importantly, their view on Europe became wider through identifying similarities and differences. Besides, their research skills improved. Furhermore; because the students used English as a common language, they found chance to practice English. All the students participating in the Project had the opportunity to know about their own countries' history with enjoyable activities and share them on an international base.
