DAY 2 • Halifax Discover Nova Scotia’ s dynamic coastal capital this morning, starting with a panoramic drive through downtown to witness some of the city’ s main landmarks, including the famous Old Town Clock Tower, the historic harbor area, and Point Pleasant Park. DAY 3 • Halifax to Baddeck, Nova Scotia • Millbrook Cultural & Heritage Center • Alexander Graham Bell Museum
Travel overland to Baddeck, stopping for a morning tour of the Millbrook Cultural & Heritage Center, for an introduction to more than 7,000 years of indigenous Mi’ kmaq history. After lunch, make another stop at the Alexander Graham Bell Museum, which houses some of the great inventor’ s personal effects and documents, as well as some of his remarkable inventions. DAY 4 • Baddeck • The Cabot Trail • St. Peter’ s Church & Les Trois Pignons
This morning, take in mile after stunning mile of the Cabot Trail, where jagged peaks rise straight out of the sea along the coastline. Along the way, visit St. Peter’ s Church, followed by Les Trois Pignons to learn about the local tradition of making hooked rugs.
