You should be on campus at least two hours prior to
the start of your ceremony.

needs please email [email protected]
by Friday 7 June 2019 with the details.
6 If required, make travel and accommodation
arrangements for your guests in good time.

2 Don’t leave home without: a printed copy of your
graduation confirmation email, your academic
dress confirmation and anything else you will
need on the day.
3 On arrival, you should go straight to K2 in the
Students’ Union to collect your ticket, tickets
for your guests and academic gown and then
move along to the Ballroom to have your official
photographs taken.
4 Ensure that you give your guests their own tickets,
as guests without tickets will not be allowed access
to the Chapel or video link-up room.
5 You and your guests should arrive at the Chapel
30 minutes before your ceremony start time.
The Ushers will guide you to your seat and the
ceremony process.

are free to enjoy the University’s grounds, take photos,
meet with friends, etc. Afternoon Tea will be served
in Keele Hall and can be booked online. For more

at the Students’ Union, either before or after the
ceremony.
