PHOTOGRAPHY AT YOUR GRADUATION CEREMONY | 17 Photography at your Graduation Ceremony Official Photography Tempest Photography will be available to take portrait and family group photographs in the Students’ Union Ballroom from 8.00am on graduation day. • Drop-in studios, allowing you to attend at your convenience at any time during the day, without booking. • A ‘proof-on-the-day’ service, which means you do not need to pre-order anything, and will receive instant ‘proofs’ to take away and with no obligation to buy. • You can order on the day from the sales area, or afterwards by telephone or online. • To view a list of packs, frames and products available please visit tempest-graduations.co.uk DVD of your ceremony Graduation ceremonies will be filmed and made available on DVD; to order your copy please visit keele.ac.uk/graduation. The graduation DVD includes an introductory sequence featuring the University campus, followed by the entire ceremony and the informal celebrations immediately afterwards. Copies of the DVD may be ordered before or after the event via keele.ac.uk/graduation. Live Ceremony Webcast We know that some family and friends won’t be able to join you in person on this special day, but they can still share this moment by watching the ceremony live on our webcast. This service will allow your loved ones to feel more involved in the celebrations – wherever they are. To reduce queuing times, we recommend that you have your photographs taken before the graduation ceremony, where possible. During the ceremony Please note that to avoid obstructing the view of other guests or causing a distraction, members of the audience may take photographs from a seated position, but should not move about the venue, use flash apparatus or selfie sticks. Use of images All graduands and guests should be aware that graduation ceremonies and receptions are public events. Audio/visual images of the ceremony and reception are publicly available and will often be used in University web pages and publications. Each ceremony will also be broadcast live on the day.
