Mr Woon Tien Long is currently the Managing Director of FedEx Malaysia. In this role, he leads the company’ s sustainable growth agenda, driving initiatives that align business expansion with environmental responsibility. Under his leadership, FedEx achieved Malaysia’ s first zero-emission cross-border delivery.
He began his journey with FedEx Express Malaysia in 2010 as Senior Engineer for Planning and Engineering before being promoted to Senior Manager of Operations in 2015, where he oversaw business development in the Northern and Eastern regions. In 2019, he was appointed Managing Director of FedEx Express Thailand, where he spearheaded key service enhancements, such as introducing the first electric delivery vehicle with zero tailpipe emissions and launching a sustainability initiative to recycle courier uniforms.
Since January 2023, he has led FedEx Malaysia as the Managing Director, overseeing business development nationwide and managing a workforce of over 1700 employees.
Mr Woon holds a Bachelor of Engineering( with Honours) in the field of Mechanical Engineering from Monash University Malaysia.
