Join clubs and activities. I plan to get my Bachelor’ s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from NDSU.
Stormy Herman Be involved! You are only in high school once. It’ s an important part of your life, so enjoy it and make the best of everyday. I plan to go to Bemidji State University to become a Social Studies Teacher.
Matthew Hershberger Do your homework, pass your classes and stay in school so you can graduate. I am going into the Transition program at LFCHS.

Listen to what people tell you... high school flies by way faster than expected. Spend your time making mistakes, having fun, and doing the things you want. But stay focused on your priorities in life, too. I am going to St. Cloud State University for a degree in Children’ s Social Work.
Samoriae Johnson Everyone is on a journey and we all take different paths to get there, so give yourself grace and gratitude. Cherish every moment with friends, and don’ t be afraid to GET OUT THERE!! I plan to attend St. Cloud Technical Community College for an A. A Transfer Pathway degree in Psychology. Then I want to transfer to a 4 year university for a BA degree in Psychology.
Ty Johnson Get your homework done on time. I’ m going to Alexandria Tech for Law Enforcement.
Rhea Jones Complete your homework on time, and participate in activities. I plan to go Mankato in the fall to major in Elementary Education.

Stay caught up on your homework. If you get behind, it will be even harder to finish things. I plan to go to the U of M Duluth to study mathematics and engineering.

Wayne Kelly Jr The first years really affect the later years, so take high school serious right away. Go to college for film production.

Peter Knopik Don’ t procrastinate too much, and try new things... even if it seems like it might be embarrassing. I plan to attend North East Iowa Community College to play baseball and work on getting a computer engineering degree.
Faith Krawiecki Who you surround yourself with, matters. Have good friends who will push you to be your best, but will also make you laugh. I am going to Concordia College in Moorhead to get a degree in Exercise Science on the Pre-OT track.
Ainsley Kresha My advice to younger students about high school is to get involved and surround yourself with people who will push you to be the best version of yourself. My plan for the future is to go to Hamline University to get my degree in Legal studies with a certificate in Paralegal studies.
