Although discrimination and harassment described and prohibited by this policy include a wide range of behaviors , certain discriminatory conduct is addressed elsewhere . For example , sexual harassment is addressed in the University ’ s Sexual Misconduct Policy . Individuals who violate this policy shall be disciplined or subjected to corrective action , up to and including termination or expulsion .
