Do not walk foolishly my child
Enjoy your youth but do not be wild.
For the road is already hard and long
Speak often of psalms and spiritual songs.
Give thanks to the Father for his loving way
Praise him through the night and day.
Pray for all to be done if it His will
And remember at moments to just be still.
Seek wisdom with every step that you make
Do not be discouraged, for we all make mistakes.
