Welcome to the gallery of Roxanne Coutts Eilers.
Roxanne is one of the granddaughters of the internationally known
artist, Gordon Coutts, and daughter of accomplished American artist,
Jeane Granada Coutts. Roxanne was born and raised in sunny Palm
Springs, California. She started her art when she was just a child and
has sat under the tutelage of her mother, Jeane. Roxanne 's collection
of oil paintings depict the innocence and beauty of life reflected in the
faces of people. She works on capturing the pure heart and simple
uncluttered, uncomplicated life. Roxanne values the rich heritage she
has come from and desires to create her art as a vehicle to make others
feel happy and carefree, as they behold innocence, beauty and love in a
world that can be very demanding and stressful. Her art is part of her
ministry and she prays that the Lord would use each unique piece to
draw people to Himself and bring Him glory.

She is also a singer, musician, writer and speaker. She writes inspirational material that encourages and lifts
up the heart, and she travels around and speaks about how God made a tremendous impact in her life and how
He gave her strength and hope in tremendously difficult years. Roxanne earned her Bachelor's in Biblical
Studies and a Masters in Theological Studies from Vanguard University. Presently, Roxanne lives in Palm
Desert, California, where she and her husband, Ike, pastor the Harvester Church they planted. Their son Joseph
is also a gifted writer, musician and singer.
