GPSites dazzled everyone at ‘TARANG’ with a
spectacular evening of melody and music in Feb-
ruary! The musical extravaganza, sponsored by
Silk Air, had all the students of Grades 1 to 8
participating as part of their “Grow with Music”
curriculum in association with Shankar Mahadevan
Academy. 16 songs were presented by 900 stu-
dents in 5 different languages. The Chief Guest
Padmashree Shankar Mahadevan showered the
students with praise for their absolute precision,
timing and attention. The musical maestro en-
thralled everyone with some of his famous melo-
dies and foot tapping numbers. Our students also
performed exceptionally well at ‘SANGAM’, the
annual music festival hosted by the Shankar Ma-
hadevan Academy in July.
