Wehrlein was clearly content with his performance on the night, “It was a
great comeback so I’m really happy about this. I’m feeling more confident in the
car with every lap, and I’m just happy with the result.”
He did admit though, “I feel [pain] but in the car it doesn’t really bother me.
I think I’ll be fine in the race. It’s hot but it’s going to be hot for everyone. I don’t
really know what to expect with the performance because my longest run this
year was 18 or 20 laps.”
