Focus on and strengthen the employee experience by expanding and enhancing Glenview University to serve employees at all stages of the employment lifecycle . Design , develop , and deliver learning and development experiences that support new staff joining the organization and promote development of teambuilding , communication , collaboration , and leadership development .
Staff Recognition , Compensation , & Benefits
Continuously assess and enhance policies , processes , and programs to recognize staff for outstanding performance and provide a competitive and fiscally aligned compensation and benefits package that enables the District to attract , develop , and retain a high performing team .
Part-time Employee Engagement
Expand and elevate part time employee participation , engagement , and provide increased opportunities for part-time staff to contribute to enhancing District operations . Increase part-time staff participation in District wide cross functional teams .
IDEA Strategy
Expand and enhance existing inclusion , diversity , equity , and accessibility efforts by developing and implementing a comprehensive internal IDEA strategy for the District .
