Post a quick musculoskeletal
screening, which reveals the tight
muscles and loss of mobility in some
joints; she typically rolls out her tight
fascia, mobilizes her thoracic spine,
shoulder joint, and actively stretches
her tight muscles.

From there we move on to a well
structured and wholesome program
designed to meet her golfi ng needs.
Her functional exercises are designed
to restore, balance, lengthen,
strengthen and coordinate movement
patterns specifi c to her Golf.
During her programs, I always
integrate a lot of stability, with the
help of stability ball. This integration
phase has come after strengthening
the muscles in isolation. In this way
