GPJ : Who prompted you to take up golf out of all the other sports ?
HS : It was my father who encouraged me to take up golf .
GPJ : How do you manage your time between golf and studies ?
HS : Till 10th class it was really dif�cult to take out time for both studies and golf but now I am doing open schooling from an institute in NOIDA so I don ’ t have to go to school . I just have to give exams .
GPJ : What has been the role of IGU ?
HS : The IGU plays a big role in conducting all the national events and sending kids for tournaments abroad . I have also got the opportunity to participate at events in South Africa and Australia through IGU .
GPJ : What are your future plans ?
HS : My future plan is to work hard and ultimately get gold for my country .

GPJ : How has golf helped you in your day-to-day activity ?
HS : I have become a more disciplined and a very punctual person .
GPJ : Your advice to other Junior Golfers .
HS : I personally feel that we all have to think big and start playing amateur golf as soon as possible because the competition level is different .
GPJ : Fitness is really important . Tell us about your day-to-day �tness regime .
HS : I usually go for �tness 3 times in a week mostly Monday , Wednesday and Friday . My �tness trainer knows the best for me so the exercises are different on each day .

GPJ : Who prompted you to take up golf out of all the other sports ?
AN : My mother was the main motivator .
GPJ : How do you manage your time between golf and studies ?
AN : Studies are extremely essential ; I devote my time over the weekend to complete the work done during the week , so no going out . Monday to Friday morning school & no bunking & golf practice in the afternoon , and all holidays early morning course session .
GPJ : What has been the role of IGU ?
AN : IGU gives you a standing & by participating in its tournament you get to know how much more you need to do .
GPJ : What are your future plans ? AN : I plan to play as many

AN : Jordan Speith , Rory McIlroy & my uncle who is a golfer & above all my coaches who are extremely motivating

AN : Winner of Salwan Cup 2016 , 9 hole series Runner-up for 2 consecutive years at LMJGT , runner up with Harmoni
GP : How has golf helped you in your day-to-day activity ?
Ans : Golf made me an early riser & helped me in being focussed in whatever I do .
GP : Is there any other game / sport you are associated with ?
AN : I enjoy cricket & sometimes play Basket Ball in school .
GP : Your advice to other Junior Golfers .
AN : Be passionate about your game & practice as much as you can & keep playing tournaments .
GPJ : Fitness is really important .

AN : Though I am yet to begin with a �tness trainer . I walk a lot & eat a well balanced diet & avoid carbs after 8 PM .
