At set up her left hip
and shoulder are higher
than the right giving
you a feeling of your
spine tilt to the right and
your head sits behind
the ball. (Pic 1)
As you move into your
right side, you will feel
the right wrist and arm
create width in your
backswing while setting
the club. You will also
feel your left shoulder
move down and across
in the backswing (Pic 2)
Top of the backswing
the left shoulder is now
inside your right foot.
Your left hip has also
moved across pulling
your left knee inwards.
Your right arm makes a
90- degree angle ready
to move into her left
side. (Pic 3)
The start to the
downswing is initiated
by her left knee, hip and
shoulders. Right side
stays passive. Feeling
more pressure into her
left foot. (Pic 4)
Impact moment of truth
pressure is now into her
left foot. Spine angle
increases from her left
shoulder and left hip
rotating around her
spine angle. She starts
to feel her right side
moving through the
ball. (Pic 5)
Now the club will
release while her body
continues to rotate into
her left heel.

speed and balance in
