Courtesy Resolutions Courtesy resolutions resolutions acknowledging the contributions of individuals, corporate entities, or organizations to the success of the convention and / or the state will be submitted by convention chair or other committee chair and approved by the state president. They will be presented as scheduled in the convention program.
Resolutions with Legal or Procedural Application Resolutions needed to satisfy legal or other procedural requirements wll be submitted to the board of directors for submission to the convention body with a rationale justifying their necessity.
Resolutions Concerning Matters of State or National Significance Resolutions proposed for consideration by the convention body concerning matters of state or national significance must be within the objectives of the state BPW / TN..
