Newt Scamander living in New York, 70 years before Harry Potter’s time. J.K.Rowling hasn’t released much more except the few statements in interviews that it will neither be a prequel nor sequel of Harry Potter but merely an extension to the Wizarding World.
David Heyman, producer of all eight Harry Potter films, has announced that he too will be returning to the Potter and is “tremendously excited” about it. Heyman wasn’t the only one to show his excite-
-ment. Not long after the news was released Evanna Lynch, who played Luna Lovegood, tweeted how thrilled she was and how she hoped that somehow she could go back to the set, even if it meant 10 hours of prosthetics to become a magical creature.
Dedicated fans have already begun to share their thoughts on suitable male actors to play Newt Scamander, many were listed including: Ben Barnes, Asa Butterfield, Skandar Keynes and Jeremy Irvine. Warner Bros have not yet commented on this.
