BEAUT BARBIE TRAY
I wanted to design a mounting bracket and tray for a portable barbecue that could also flat-pack and take up as little storage room as possible .
There are two parallel grooves in the bottom of the tray and it simply slides onto the mounting plate . The critical concept was that everything flat-packs down to minimum component size .
The main mounting bracket is permanently clamped to the caravan ’ s drawbar , and the tray position is also adjustable in / out . No drilling of holes is required . The locking fasteners are all stainless steel , ensuring long-term reliability .
As a bonus , I cut to size a drawerliner sheet and added it – smooth side up – to easily wipe up any spatter or spills .
Compact , sturdy and lightweight at the same time , it ' s quickly assembled and works a treat !

SHOWER SOLUTION
We have a Jayco Expanda poptop and we were sick of the small , low shower , so I went to Bunnings . I found a broom holder , a new shower head and a rail – and now , normal showers are a go !
